I moved to PA from MD about 2 years ago and never looked back. We have loved it here but I was skeptical about crabs in these parts. Well today my wife and I got off our high horse and tried Capt. Bobs and as the good lord is my witness these are the best crabs I have ever had. Their spice has a slight heat to it the Maryland doesn’t do. Thank you for making a believer in PA crabs out of me. Also if you wouldn’t mind, please consider adding corn fritters to your menu

We had fun sitting outdoors, listening to live music. Friendly and helpful staff, and great food. It's BYOB, and we heard that people stop at the local Rutter's. And the crab cake sandwich was great.

I hadn't been to Captain Bob's since they were a crab shack! We had the soft crab sandwiches and they were really good! Very small, soft crabs but two on the sandwich were perfect and they were perfectly cooked! Fries were good too! Fries were good too!
